1. **No Refunds:** All ticket sales are final, and SPEEDWAY PROMOTIONS LLC does not issue refunds unless an emergency which is prior to the event date. 2. **Rainout or Cancellation:** In the event of a rainout or cancellation, patrons will receive vouchers for our next scheduled event or rescheduled dates. 3. **Voucher Redemption:** Vouchers can be redeemed for admission to the specified rescheduled event or the next scheduled event. 4. **Notification:** In case of a rainout or cancellation, SPEEDWAY PROMOTIONS LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify patrons through the contact information provided during the ticket purchase. 5. **Alternative Arrangements:** SPEEDWAY PROMOTIONS LLC may, at its discretion, offer alternative arrangements or options for patrons affected by a rainout or cancellation. By purchasing tickets from SPEEDWAY PROMOTION LLC patrons acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
